At LA Innovative, we work alongside trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, DHL, and many more around the globe. 

We fulfill orders out of our US warehouse, located in Arizona.

Shipping times typically take 3-7 business days to arrive.

Free Shipping*

We offer free shipping on orders over $60. To qualify, your total before tax must be over $60.

Lost/Missing Items

Sometimes items are lost in transit, if an item is taking longer than 21 business days to arrive, please contact us at team@lainnovative.com so we can reship your order.

We are not responsible for user error when inputting shipping information. Please check your order confirmation email to confirm the shipping address is correct. Once the order is fulfilled, we cannot change the shipping address. If you see an error, please email as soon as possible with the correct address. We cannot guarantee we can update before fulfillment, but we will do our best to try!

We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your package is stolen, please email us. We will do our best to remedy the situation, but ultimately, we are not responsible. 

Processing Times

We ship out of our warehouse in Arizona, processing times are 1-3 business days. We tend to process most orders within 1 full business day but some orders may take up to 3 business days to process.
