For all returns, please email us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after ordering your item to request a return. Contact us and have your order number, or email address used for purchase to begin.

To start a return, contact our customer service team at team@lainnovative.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how, and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not cover return shipping.

Items must be in 'New' or 'Like New' condition to be returned. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee your refund will be accepted, and your item may be sent back. 
For items to be considered 'New' they must be in their original packaging and 'Unopened' to qualify.
For returns regarding orders in 'Like New' condition, please contact us for approval and next steps. Please send any photos requested by our customer service team.If your return is accepted, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an item is listed as 'Delivered' by the carrier, please contact them regarding any issues.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We do not cover return shipping. A 10% restocking fee may apply if the items returned are not in their original boxes, if the box is not in like new condition, or is missing accessories.
